The intention driving Wild &…

At the core of everything I do—coaching, branding, business, and beyond—are my values. I believe in showing up fully as ourselves, leading with curiosity, and building businesses that align with who we truly are. I value authenticity, deep connection, and the courage to follow what lights us up, even when it’s scary. I know that business isn’t just about strategy; it’s about heart, purpose, and creating something meaningful. These values guide not only my work but the way I live my life, and they shape how I help others step into their fullest potential.

Curiosity

Asking questions with an open mind and a genuine desire to understand someone’s story creates meaningful connections. I love learning how others think and work, uncovering their unique perspectives, and finding ways to support them. Great conversations happen when you listen deeply and show real interest in their world.

Authenticity

Being yourself allows you to work in a way that feels natural and effortless. When you show up as the real you, it creates trust and openness that can transform how you approach your business and marketing. This honesty builds confidence, strengthens relationships, and ultimately drives results.

Love

A deep connection to people and work creates the space for curiosity, authenticity, and vulnerability to thrive. It’s about expressing care openly—telling others how much they mean to you, appreciating their unique qualities, and being there when it matters most. This kind of connection drives passion, purpose, and the motivation to keep showing up.

Vulnerability

Being open and honest creates a brave space where others feel encouraged to show up as their true selves. By sharing personal experiences and listening actively, you show clients that it’s safe to be vulnerable. This openness helps build trust and invites them to step into deeper self-expression.

I’m passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and businesses to share their stories with authenticity & connection to attract more clients they truly adore.

JAMIE ENGELHARDT

With over a decade in branding and marketing, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies across the globe, helping them craft brands that align with who they are and connect with the people who need them most. At the heart of it all, I’m a storyteller—deeply passionate about listening to others, uncovering what makes them unique, and turning that into something powerful.

Proudly part of the queer community, I now call East Tennessee home, trading Midwest city life for Smoky Mountain views and a slower, more intentional way of living. Moving from Illinois to the South has been a whole vibe—one filled with campfires, deep conversations, new adventures, and, of course, plenty of Taylor Swift. Whether I’m reading by the water, exploring something new, or dancing (badly), I’m all about embracing joy, connection, and the kind of work that truly lights me up.
