  • Yes. Each session will include a time of instruction and learning, interaction with other participants, reflection, and Q&A from me.

  • For the duration of the course, you can always send me an email and get your question answered. Additionally, if you want extra time, you are welcome to book in a one-off coaching session.

  • Sessions will be recorded and available for playback.

  • You’ll be provided with a digital workbook that includes in-session activities as well as take-home activities to complete.
